If you've dealt with an agency that takes three weeks and four people to deliver a 90-second video, or a freelancer who disappears after the first draft, or a platform like Fiverr where every edit is a new negotiation, this is the alternative. Upload your footage, leave a short note, and get finished content back within 24 hours. No calls, no chasing, no back-and-forth. Flat monthly rate, unlimited revisions, cancel anytime.
What We Handle
Whether you're a creator, brand, or local business, your post-production is covered. You shoot it. We handle the rest.
Drop your raw clips into your folder and they come back as polished, ready-to-post Reels, TikToks, and Shorts. No direction needed beyond a short note. Everything else gets handled.
Full YouTube edits handled from start to finish. Intros, outros, B-roll, chapters, thumbnails. Upload the footage, skip the hours of editing, and get back a video that's ready to publish.
Clean, consistent product and brand photography without the back-and-forth. Send the batch, get back polished images ready for your site, social, or campaigns.
You show up, shoot the content, and hand off the rest. Cuts, color, sound, and captions, all handled. Your brand stays consistent online without you managing a single step of post-production.
Process
No meetings, no learning curve, no managing the process. Three steps and it's handled.
Pick your plan and fill out a one-time setup form. It takes about five minutes. Tell us your brand style, platforms, and any references you like. After that, everything runs on its own.
Upload your footage or photos to your shared Google Drive folder. Leave a short note on what you need. That's the whole brief. No calls, no check-ins, no back-and-forth required.
Finished, polished content lands back in your folder within 24 hours. Review it, leave revision notes if needed, and move on. The editing is no longer your problem.

The Work
A sample of what gets delivered. Raw footage in, finished content out.
The Person Behind It
If you've worked with editors before, you already know the problems: slow turnarounds, inconsistent quality, constant check-ins, and finished work that doesn't quite match what you described. RapidReel exists because that shouldn't be the norm. You upload the footage, leave a note, and the work comes back done. You don't manage the process. That's the whole point.
The difference is judgment. Most editors know the software. Fewer have developed the instinct for what actually looks good and what does not. I hold a degree in Film Writing and Directing and Media Studies from Yale, and I've spent 10 years working across narrative filmmaking, luxury real estate, documentary production, short-form social content, and marketing campaigns for universities, nonprofits, and Olympic athletes. That range of experience is what gives your content an edge, whether it's a 15-second Reel or a 10-minute brand video.
One editor. One consistent eye. A simple system that gets out of your way.

The Fine Print
Plain English. No legal nonsense. Just the ground rules that keep everything smooth on both sides.
Within a few hours of subscribing, you'll get an onboarding email with a short setup form. Fill it out once with your brand style, preferred platforms, and any reference content you want me to follow. From there, your shared Google Drive folder gets set up and you're ready to send your first request.
Your subscription covers active ongoing work, not a backlog dump. Requests are handled one at a time based on your plan. Once one is delivered, you can drop the next one in. Your folder is not meant for months of content uploaded all at once.
For the best results, footage should be at least 1080p and reasonably well lit. I'll work with what you send, but I'll let you know if the footage falls below a workable standard. Better footage leads to better content.
Every delivered piece includes revisions within the scope of the original request. Leave your feedback clearly in the folder and the updated version comes back within 24 hours in most cases. Major direction changes, new footage, or a full rework may count as a new request. I do not move to the next request until you're good with the current one.
You can pause anytime. Your billing cycle freezes and picks back up when you return. If you pause in the middle of a project, that project resumes when you come back. A pause does not reset your queue or create a fresh burst of unlimited requests.
Each subscription covers one business or brand. If you manage multiple brands or clients and want editing across all of them, each one needs its own plan. That keeps turnaround, quality, and workflow consistent for everyone.
